Payment Terms
Retainers are billed monthly and due in advance before work begins. Your first month is due at signing.
Accepted methods: ACH, Paypal, Venmo Business, Zelle
Overage Policy
Hours beyond the monthly allotment are billed at $60/hr and invoiced at the end of the month.

Overage hours are only worked after express permission from our clients.Â
Premium Add-ons
Bookkeeping and marketing are premium add-ons handled by specialized contractors, priced separately, and must be selected at signup or with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
What’s NOT Included
- Real-time or phone support (async only, 24-hour turnaround)
- Emergency or same-day requests
- Software subscriptions or tool costs (client’s responsibility)
- Services outside the selected package without a signed addendum
Can I change my plan?
Yes, upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades start at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, but we offer the first 2 hours free for new clients as an opportunity to learn your business and workflow.Â

Cancellation & Changes
